Thank you for visiting Student Flats Dunedin. Here you can find your new rental for the next year right from the comfort of your own home. We have 2-bedroom places right through to 6-bedrooms with 99% of them being right on Otago University door step. Have a look at the flats we still have available and if you wish to have a look around any of them feel free to give us a ring, text or email to arrange a time.
Information
Rents do not include power or internet
- All leases run from 1st Jan to 30th Dec unless specified otherwise on the listing
- Furniture included as stated in the listing
- Bonds are 3-4 weeks' rent depending on the property
- One week's rent in advance
- The rental application form can be requested through the contact section or a link can be found below or on the contact page.
- One application form is needed per person wanting to move into the property. Please fill in the whole form failing to do so may harm your chances in being offered a property.
- Couples in a bedroom at a flat are allowed at NO extra cost as long as it is only one extra person per flat.
